New: from 1st January 2022, pensions will be paid out monthly

In response to popular request from our customers, we are adapting our payment arrangements: as from 1st January 2022, we will now be transferring pension payments each month in advance.

Reopening of our reception offices

Dear customers

As from Thursday 1st July 2021, we are able to receive you in person again at our reception offices in Zürich, Lausanne and Bellinzona.

The opening hours are as follows:

Zürich:                                            08.30 – 11.30 h / 13.30 – 16.30 h
Lausanne and Bellinzona:           08.00 – 12.00 h / 13.30 – 17.00 h
