Your lawyer or the court requires a feasibility check with the account statement for your divorce or dissolution of partnership.
We need the following documents from you in order to perform the feasibility check on a split of assets in the event of divorce:
- Signed and completed form Feasibility check on a split of assets in the event of divorce/dissolution of partnership
- Copy of your OASI (AHV/AVS) card
- Confirmation from court of the date of initiation of the divorce proceeding
- Please note that we can only provide a feasibility declaration once divorce proceedings have been initiated with the court. If you are currently negotiating a divorce agreement, you can request a form to order an account statement with a particular reference date.
- In the event of a divorce/dissolution of a registered partnership, the assets accrued through the duration of the marriage/registered partnership will be split. You need the feasibility check declaration and the indications so that the court can make the calculation.
