Application process

If you would like to work for us and have found a suitable vacancy, we would love to hear from you. Our simple, pragmatic selection process allows you to learn more about us, the prospective role, and your potential teammates and colleagues. We also want to find out more about you as a person: our recruitment model is focused on the individual, not the process.

Phase one: application

The posting in the Vacancies section contains details of how to apply. Please use the online application tool, which will help you to complete your application in a few simple steps. All documents must be submitted in PDF format: please do not upload more than three files. Where the application process requires you to submit the application by e-mail, the three-document limit still applies.

We will confirm that we have received your application within three days. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation after three days, please give us a call or send an e-mail to HR Kontakt.

You will receive feedback on your application within 15 days. If we like your application, we will call you to arrange an initial interview.

Phase two: interview

The purpose of the interview is to get to know one another. We want to find out as much as possible about you as a person: what motivates you, your skills, experiences and interests. We also want to make sure that you get all the information that you need to decide whether the post and work environment on offer would be a good match.

The interview is usually conducted by the prospective line manager and HR manager.

Phase three: half-day trial

If both sides like what they have seen after the first interview, you will be invited in for a half-day trial. The aim is to give you a better idea of what the new role entails, with some appreciation of what a working day looks like, and to meet the people who could become your colleagues.

This phase is designed to give us a better understanding of your skills and personality. You will have short interviews with various people in an informal setting, which will involve answering technical questions, solving a range of case studies and performing various tasks.

The half-day trial usually lasts around three hours.

Phase four: the big decision

If we have persuaded you and you have convinced us, you will receive an employment contract within one week. We look forward to welcoming you as a new team member.
