If you would like to work for us and have found a suitable vacancy, we would love to hear from you. Our simple, pragmatic selection process allows you to learn more about us, the prospective role, and your potential teammates and colleagues. We also want to find out more about you as a person: our recruitment model is focused on the individual, not the process.
You will find all our vacancies under Job Vacancies. Please use the "Apply" button next to the relevant vacancy to submit your documents. You will be redirected to our online application tool, where you can place your application in just a few steps. To process your application, we use the services provided by jacando AG (Münchensteinerstrasse 41, 4052 Basel). The relevant data protection regulations are available on the jacando website: https://www.jacando.com/en/data-protection-agreement/.
Receipt of your application will be confirmed immediately. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation within 1 hour, please do not hesitate to call us or send us an e-mail to HR Kontakt.
You will receive feedback from us within eight working days. If your application has convinced us, we will contact you by phone and arrange a first interview.
The purpose of the interview is to get to know one another. We want to find out as much as possible about you as a person: what motivates you, your skills, experiences and interests. We also want to make sure that you get all the information that you need to decide whether the post and work environment on offer would be a good match.
The interview is usually conducted by the prospective line manager and HR manager.
If both sides like what they have seen after the first interview, you will be invited in for a half-day trial. The aim is to give you a better idea of what the new role entails, with some appreciation of what a working day looks like, and to meet the people who could become your colleagues.
This phase is designed to give us a better understanding of your skills and personality. You will have short interviews with various people in an informal setting, which will involve answering technical questions, solving a range of case studies and performing various tasks.
The half-day trial usually lasts around three hours.
If we have persuaded you and you have convinced us, you will receive an employment contract within one week. We look forward to welcoming you as a new team member.
